So What is Christian Podcasting?


What is Podcasting?

Podcasting is delivering audio content to iPods and other portable media players on demand, so that it can be listened to at the user's convenience. The main benefit of podcasting is that listeners can sync content to their media player and take it with them to listen whenever they want to. Because podcasts are typically saved in MP3 format, they can also be listened to on nearly any computer.

I like to download the podcasts from our church to a cd and listen to it where ever I desire. It is usually faster than downloading music.

Podcasting in 4 Steps

Publishers create audio content, and post it to a web server, typically in MP3 format.

They publish an RSS file (newsfeed) that contains RSS news items that reference the audio content. Each RSS item provides meta information about an audio file, such as the file's name and description, and contains an RSS enclosure with the URL of the audio file.

End-users regularly check for new versions of the newsfeed, using an application like iPodder. When a new version is found, iPodder reads through it, identifies the audio file URLs, downloads them and syncs them to a media player.

Users listen to the "podcasted" audio file when it is convenient.

Podcasting can be used for publishing any type of audio, and some developers are exploring the idea of using the same techniques to publish video and other types of content.
Podcasting is spreading quickly because of the rapid adoption of MP3 players, and the desire of owners to have fresh content.

Commercials for Christ

Great News! I talked with Potter's House and they have no problem with us using the spot they produced "Are You Ready" so we can show as commercial in US homes across the country. I am contacting COX Media now to put together a rate package which tells us how much it will cost to air each commercial played on television. Great thing that Kerry Hancock Jr has purchased media for my clients in the past, time and time again. I expect to be treated like their highest paying customer. Praise GOD for everything. I pray this will all glorify Jesus Christ from beginning to end. I want to thank everyone who is helping all of this come to reality. Shout to the Lord with praise in the name of Jesus Christ. AMEN. Just reading these posts can help more than you really know.

Before I forget, I wanted to inform all my readers that if there is a subject or organization you are passionate about serving and want to make more people aware then let me know. IF it glorifies our Father then I am all for it. Huge things are happening all across the board right now and it is all part of a Perfect Plan.

All the demonic materials and movies on TV air waves makes me sick when my eyes catch glimpse. Here is part of a rap/song I wrote entitled JESUS and was my first writing with the title JESUS. I may put both parts into one writing.

I had to name this JESUS
HE'S the reason I'm breathing
HE'S the reason I'm speaking
On how HE helped me stop tweeking

All Praise and Glory to JESUS
HE gave me strength where there was weakness
HE gave me Love and taught me meekness
And how to show up when your needed

Life or death it's not a secret
With every breath I worship HIS Completeness

JESUS turned my dark skies to bright days
HE even washed all my tears away
Who would have that something good
Would come from the city where the devil lays

DAD

Here is another deep writing that I wrote about 10 years ago and the title says it all...... DAD........ this subject had a serious impact in my life because I looked everywhere but to GOD at many times for a DAD and it was very troublesome. This was and is one of my most personal subjects that I deal with as a man before GOD. I originally wrote this as a rap/song and there are more words but for now I want you to have this.

When you read this and if it touches your heart like it does mine then remember just this:

Hbr 13:5 [Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. **

You see, JESUS fills up all of our voids and needs because we are new people when we are born again in CHRIST.

So much to say
Where can I start?
How about the lonely days
When I sat at the park

You were no where to be found
Every now and then come around
Long enough to get me down
This left my heart an empty sound

Ex and internal scars
That not only I face
Now I’m surrounded by bars
And my anger turned to hate

Praise GOD! Great News

Praise GOD! I got answer from COX Media today about the two spots: "Behold" and "Are You Ready". WE cannot air the Behold footage because it uses material from so many other networks.

We CAN show "Are You Ready" as a commercial! We want people to do one thing, turn to JESUS! Here is a link to the "Are You Ready" video

Now I will waiting to see if we will use the actual "Are You Ready" that we have now or redew using our current as a template base. After the scripture we will put Jesus Christ. I pray that we as Christians will summerge our spirits in CHRIST.

Jesus Commercials (update)

I have been communicating with one of my contacts from COX Media in Las Vegas, Nevada. COX provides cable services for the Las Vegas area. Right now they are viewing two of the videos I sent them to see if they will approve the material for commercials. They are viewing "Behold" and "Are You Ready".

I can only imagine what is going through the minds of those reviewing the material. I can't wait to hear back from COX Media.

I pray that GOD guides me to stay firm on HIS path and not my own, that my eyes are always upon HIM and I never lose track of what is most important, JESUS!

I can't wait until GOD leads others in this vision and we can watch HIS work be manifested in so many ways.

For a very long time I have pondered on making commercials that will turn people to Jesus. My vision was that we would use the scriptures in the commercials and they would not lead people to any place, person or thing but JESUS. I was so blessed to see this vision in progress when I found the following videos produced and finished. I believe GOD allowed me to find these videos and I am currently waiting for a response from the producers giving me permission to use these videos for commercials in the USA. I plan to start in Las Vegas, Nevada and go nationwide if the LORD permits. After viewing these videos you will see the magnitude they could have on mankind. I pray GOD will lead me to the people that will make everything happen as a body based upon Jesus Christ.

GOD Is Coming

The Lord is coming, our time is short
Run and tell the people that God is coming

without God you have nothing
there isn’t hiding or ducking
we all feel His Spirit erupting
the last days were abducted

all by our generation
the flesh is working for Satan

if Jehovah gives me the fire
